There are many benefits to adding INVERSIONS into your routine. Including increased shoulder and core strength, improved circulation and better blood flow to the brain. Practicing inversions have both heating and calming effects on our nervous systems which cultivate resiliency and ability to adapt in stressful situations. Emotionally we overcome fear and doubt, building self confidence and body awareness as we play with our heads below our hearts.

Perhaps you aren’t sure where to start. Maybe you have been trying to integrate INVERSIONS into your practice for a while now but your wrists are sore and you are second guessing yourself, is this safe? Am I doing it right? Are you missing the motivation or accountability to stay consistent in your practice?
