Research has shown that yoga and meditation have many healing benefits.

Yoga plays an important role in healing and changing the structure and function of the brain. Practice leads to improved attention skills, augmented memory, enhanced self esteem, and reduced mental fatigue. This is in addition to the general benefits of boosting strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and decreasing stress.

I have been instructing yoga classes since 2010 and I am obsessed and continually learning about the practice.
